SSC CGL Admit Card
The staff selection commission organizes SSC CGL each year in order to recruit candidates for non-gazette and non-technical posts. Those candidates applying for the examination need to hold a bachelor s degree. The examination is held to fill about 30 posts under various departments. The examination requires preparation and coaching in order to clear all the papers.
The syllabus for the examination consists of various subjects that form a part of Class 10, Class 12 and graduation syllabus. Every year about 14 lakh candidates apply for the examination. The candidates appearing for the final year graduation level exams can also apply for the papers. The exam comprisesof a computer-based examination for Tier-I and Tier-II (Paper-I, Paper-II, Paper-III, and Paper- IV), written descriptive exam for Tier-III and CPT/DEST/document verification for Tier-IV.Questions in Paper-I will be of Class 10 level, Paper-II of Class 12 level and Paper-III of graduation level.
SSC releases the admit cards for different regions separately. This enables the candidates to view and download their cards easily. It is important for every candidate to check the name, roll number and other details on the admit card. The candidate will be allowed to enter the examination hall only with a valid admit card. The candidates are required to carry the admit card, a proof of photo and essential stationary for the examination. Using the same website, the candidates can get information about the admit card, download the admit card and check their application status as well.
To download the same, the candidate needs to login to the official website and provide complete details about the registration number, roll number as well as the password. The admit card for Tier 1 will be released first followed by the Admit card for Tier 2 and then admit cards for Tier 3 will be issued to only those candidates who have qualified the Tier 2 exam.
It is important for candidates appearing for the examination to hold a valid admit card released by the SSC. Candidates can download the admit card from the official website of SSC.

- Click on the link, "STATUS OF COMBINED GRADUATE LEVEL EXAMINATION -2017 (TIER-I)"
- Enter your details, which include Registration Number, Date of Birth, and Full name and roll no.
- Click on ''Search Status"
- Admit cards will be displayed for you to download
