Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

All the aspirants applying for PSCSCCE 2018 should possess a Bachelor Degree in any discipline from a recognized university. Final Year students of Bachelor degree may also apply, but they have to produce proof of qualifying the degree for getting admission in the Mains examination.

A Candidate must have passed his/her Matriculation exam with Punjabi as one of the compulsory or elective subjects or must have passed an equivalent exam in the Punjabi Language.

Age Limit

The Candidates must have attained the age of 21 years but should not be older than 37 years as on 1st January 2018.

For Deputy Superintendent of Police and Deputy Superintendent Jails)/ District Probation Officer (Grade-II) in Punjab Prisons State Service, a candidate must have attained the age of 21 years but should not be older than 28 years.

Appropriate age relaxations will be provided for reserved category as mentioned in the exam notification.
