Steps to Download the NEET 2019 Official Answer Key

The NTA will release the official answer key in the last week of May 2019. The answers on the official answer key will be considered as correct answers. You can determine your expected score with the help of this answer key by tallying your own responses that you have marked. In order to access the answer key, you need to follow these steps:

  • Go to the official website of  NTA, nta.ac.in
  • Log in by entering your details such as registration number and password and then click submit.
  • You will see the option of downloading the answer key on the screen, click on that. The answer key will appear on the screen.

Steps to Challenge NEET 2019 Official Answer Key

Many students are not satisfied with some answers released by NTA. Therefore, the authority has given them a chance of registering their grievances. The students can register their complaints or claims with regards to the answer keys uploaded by the body. To challenge the authority, they have to submit a fee of INR 1000 per question. In case the student turns out to be correct then the fee is refunded to the candidate. This facility of challenge is only available for a limited time.

Steps to challenge the official answer key are:

  • Go to the official site of NTA
  • Log in using your registration number and password.
  • Now, there will be an option for applying to challenge the official answer key. As soon as you click on that, a form will open.
  • Fill that form and mention all the answers that you want to challenge.
  • Then you need to upload the supporting documents and submit the fee.
  • After submission, you will get a slip on the screen mentioning the successful completion of your complaint or challenge.
  • Save this for future reference and take a print out.

Also, this process will be done only through online mode.

NEET 2019 Marking Scheme

NEET exam consists of questions from three subjects that is physics, chemistry and biology. The exam consists of multiple choice questions from these three sections. The detailed information about the exam and marking scheme is available in the table:
