Manipur PSC has issued a notification to invite candidates for the application of the Manipur Civil Services Combined competitive exam, 2019 to select candidates for the recruitment to the various vacancies in state civil services. - The Candidate must be a citizen of India.
- A Candidate must be able to speak Manipuri or any other tribal Dialects of Manipur.
- A candidate must be a permanent resident of Manipur provided that a candidate whose parent or any of his/her ancestor in his/her direct lineage are permanent residents of the state with a proper document.
A candidate must hold a degree of any of the universities incorporated by an Act of the central or state legislature in India or other educational institutions established by an Act of Parliament or declared to be a deemed university under section 3 of UGC ACT, 1956.
- Shall not be less than 21 years and not more than 38 years as on 1st of July 2019.
- The upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST, 3 Years for OBC, and 10 years for a person with a disability.
There are 6 attempts general candidate, 9 attempts for OBC and no restriction for SC/ST Candidate who are eligible for examination.

How To Apply for MCSCCE - 2019
Candidates who want to apply for the MCSCC 2019 can visit the official website of the Manipur Public Service Commission. Candidates must read the eligibility criteria and should ensure that they fulfil the required criteria for the examination before filling the online application form.
Candidates are required to pay a fee of Rs 600 for General and OBC and Rs 400 for SC/ST by using Netbanking, VISA/Master card/Debit card through an online portal. No fee is payable for Differently Abled Candidates.
Candidates who have filled the application form without any discrepancies and paid their application fee can download the admit card for the preliminary examination by visiting the official website of MPSC. The admit card will be available from 09 Feb 2019 on the MPSC website.
