65th BPSC Paper Analysis 2019 For Prelims Exam

BPSC Paper Analysis 2019 - Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) conducted the prelims exam of BPSC on October 15, 2019, from 12 pm to 2 pm. The exam was conducted in pen-paper based mode at various centres in a single shift.  BPSC prelims exam was held for 150 objective-type questions carrying one mark each. As per the exam pattern of BPSC, there will be no negative marking in the prelims exam. 

As per the BPSC paper analysis 2019, the overall difficulty level of the paper was tough. There were questions from current affairs, Aptitude & Reasoning, General Knowledge, History, Geography, General Science etc. As per some of the candidate’s except for some of the questions, the overall paper was confusing and difficult. Also, the question pattern was different from the previous years.

65th BPSC Paper Analysis 2019 (Prelims) - Subject-Wise 

General Science - From this section, there were 24 questions. The level of questions asked from this section was easy to moderate. The questions were from, human body, Unit of Pressure, Sound Wave, Ammeter, Atoms & Elements, Scalar Quantity etc. 

Aptitude & Reasoning - As per BPSC paper analysis 2019, the difficulty level of this section was medium to difficult. Questions were asked from - Number System, Algebra, Series and from a few other topics. 

History - This section included questions from - Ancient History, Medieval History and Ancient History. The sub-topics were - Kakori Train Robbery, about Ashoka, Mansabdari System, Servants of Indian Society etc. From Bihar History, there were questions about Swaraj Dal in Bihar, Creator of Modern Bihar, Salt Satyagraha in  Bhagalpur, Ambari Satyagraha, Desher Katha etc. The overall level of question was easy to medium. 

Economy - This section was medium to tough. Some of the questions/topics asked in Economy were about the sixth five-year plan, Economic Corridors etc. There were also questions from Bihar Economy - Growth Rate of Tertiary sector, etc. 

Polity - In Polity, aspirants were asked about Aam Aadmi Party, VVPAT, Panchayati Raj System, Order of Precedence, Bihar Diwas etc. As per the BPSC 2019 paper analysis, the paper was easy to medium. 

Current Affairs - In this section, the questions were based on National as well as International affairs. There were about 27 questions and the level was from medium to tough. The questions were asked about - Brics Summit 2019, Summer Olympics 2019, NAM 2019, Ikea, Asian Rhinos, Bihar’s ranking in NITI Aayog Health Index etc.

Geography - As per the paper analysis, the difficulty level was medium to tough. Some of the topics from this section are - Largest Uranium Producer, Largest Producer of Saffron etc. Apart from that, there were questions from Bihar Geography such as - Forest Cover, Bihar Census 2011, District which has the longer length of river Ganga etc.

Environment & Ecology - The difficulty level was easy to medium. Some of the topics from this section were about Coral Reefs and WLS in Bihar.
