BPSC High Court Judicial Service - Eligibility Criteria

Education: The Educational Qualification of the candidates applying for the exam must be at least an LLB degree. Candidate can also have equivalent degree from a recognised university by the Indian Bar Council.

Age Limit: The lower limit for the age is 22 years and upper limit is 35 years for a candidate to appear for BPSC Judicial Service Exam. OBC category candidates have an age relaxation which is 3 years whereas for the SC/ST Category age relaxation is 5 years.

Other: Candidates who have permanent Bihar domicile along with the ones who belong to the reservation categories will have relaxation for the upper limit of age.
