Arunachal Pradesh PSC Exam Pattern and Syllabus 2020
Arunachal Pradesh PSC Exam Pattern 2020: Arunachal Pradesh Public Service Commission conducts Arunachal Pradesh civil service examination to recruit candidates for state services. The candidates are recruited for Group A and Group B services of state government. The various position of the general administration and police officers are filled by the examination.
The commission releases the Arunachal Pradesh PCS exam pattern in its official notification. The exam is conducted in three phases i.e.
- APPSC Prelims Exam
- APPSC Main Exam
Arunachal Pradesh PSC Exam Pattern - Preliminary Examination
The preliminary exam consists of two papers. The exam is a completely objective type (multiple choice question). The exam duration for both the exam is 2 hours each. Below given are the subject details of the prelims exam pattern.

Candidates have to select an optional paper from the list of optional papers. Candidates have to fill the optional subject selected in the application form otherwise the application will be rejected.
Arunachal Pradesh PSC Exam Pattern: Mains Examination
The mains exam will consist of 8 descriptive type papers. Each paper will be of three hours duration. Candidates have to select two optional papers from the list of optional papers given on the commission's website.

The candidates for the personality test will be selected on the basis of the merit list prepared based on the marks obtained in the mains exam. The personality test will be of 275 marks. The final list of recommended candidates will be based on the cumulative marks obtained in the Mains exam and the personality test.
